Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and journalist Lauren Sanchez are engaged after 5 years collectively
A supply reportedly confirmed the couple’s engagement after Sanchez was noticed rocking a big diamond ring in photographs from their present trip within the South of France for the Cannes Movie Pageant.
Sanchez and Bezos have went public with their relationship in 2019, following Bezos’s divorce from MacKenzie Scott.
Scott, who reportedly acquired 25 p.c of Bezos’s Amazon holdings via their divorce, has made a number of high-profile donations within the years since, together with $1.7 billion to varied racial justice, LGBTQ rights and public well being causes.
Sanchez has joined Bezos in his charitable work, performing as vice chair of the Bezos Earth Fund, created from a $10 billion dedication from Bezos in 2020.
