Synopsis
Kishida Sachi lives with her mother Kuniko, who is wheelchair-bound, in public housing and works part-time at family restaurant without any rest in order to support the two of them. Higuchi Wakaba was often shunned by the people around her in her childhood and is now being ostracised for no particular reason by the employees at a food factory where she works at with her grandmother Fujiko in the countryside. Having been disowned by her family, Noda Shoko ekes out a living as a taxi driver and has nothing else to do after her shift but to return to the apartment where she lives alone. Each of these three young women lead boring lives. They live in separate locations and do not even know about each other’s existence. Then one day, Sachi, Wakaba and Shoko have a chance encounter through bus tour hosted by a popular radio programme Electric Comic Radio-kun. Despite their initial hesitation, they slowly begin to connect with one another after a few weeks and a “miracle” happens. Having lived aimlessly, their lives are now about to quietly change … …

Seino Nana as Kishida Sachi
She lives with her mother Kuniko who is wheelchair bound. She works non-stop at a family restaurant in order to support the family. When she feels stressed, she would eat the convenience store’s most expensive ice cream.
Kishii Yukino as Noda Shoko
A former delinquent who was born in Atsugi City. She was disowned by her family and lives alone. She looks forward to a can of shochu highball and listening to the radio after her night shift as a taxi driver.
Okayama Amane as Ichikawa Mine
A mild-mannered, unassuming young man with the personality of a grandmother. A long-time listener of radio programmes, he managed Electric Comic Radio-kun’s bus tour and is the person who brings Kishida Sachi, Noda Shoko and Higuchi Wakaba together as a trio.
Kawamura Kazuma as Sumida Kenta
A “cafe producer” who works at a cafe that shines so brightly that Sachi is captivated. This encounter moves her heart.
Nukumi Meru as Higuchi Wakaba
She used to lead a good life but now lives with her grandmother in a rented house in the countryside. She has been making a living by working at a chikuwabu factory. She speaks quickly when she gets emotional.
Wakui Emi as Kishida Kuniko
Kishida Sachi’s mother. She has been wheelchair bound for some time. As she rarely goes outside and is alone at home while Sachi works, her hobbies are cooking and listening to the radio
Miyamoto Nobuko as Higuchi Fujiko
Higuchi Wakaba’s grandmother who has fallen on hard times after a life of affluence. She lives in a small rented house with her granddaughter, and works at a chikuwabu factory. Her hobby is driving.
