Rendon rose to fame with his so-called inspirational messages and vlogs on social media. On the other hand, Nadine started her showbiz career as a former member of the all-female group Pop Girls. She then ventured into acting.
She also earned several citations such as the Young Critics Circle Best Performer award, the FAMAS Award for Best Actress, and the Gawad Urian for Best Actress.
Recently, Nadine Lustre said that it’s not their responsibility to greet or smile at fans. “It’s not our responsibility to acknowledge everyone and to please everyone. Our responsibility is to give entertainment and that is not part of it,” she said.
Rendon Labador reacted to her statement. On Facebook, he posted an artcard of Abante Online about Nadine’s statement with the caption: “Okay lang naman kung hindi ninyo ma-greet lahat ng fans, ang MALI ay nag bibitaw pa kayo ng MALING STATEMENT sa public at proud pa kayo. Solohin ninyo nalang yung katangahan ninyo para safe.”
In the said post, Rendon called Nadine “mahina ang utak” and “typical na ganda lang pero sabaw pala.”
