Aside from giving attention and time to her married life with husband Matteo Guidicelli, the singer has other reasons why she decided to leave showbiz for a long time.
Last Sunday, after her performance on “ASAP Natin To” wherein she sang her newest single titled “Cuore”, she gave a message to the public.
When asked for an explanation for her absence from the entertainment industry for a long time, especially performing live, she said: “The reason bakit po ako nagpahinga ng konti, I really want to offer sa atin pong listeners ‘yung mga original songs.” She added: “Iba kasi talaga when you sing your own song, ‘yung OPM talaga, iba sa pakiramdam.”
Sarah Geronimo is also thankful to all the Popsters who really didn’t give up on supporting her and waited for her grand comeback. As for Martin, he wishes that the performance of the singer-actress and dancer in “ASAP” will be more frequent, to which Matteo’s wife replied, “That’s the goal.” And this 2023, Sarah is hoping that her new album will be released.
