Sunshine is being dubbed as one of the celebrities with ageless beauty.
She rose to fame in her portrayal as Camia Delos Santos-Cruz / Jasmine in the defunct primetime series, Wildflower and Rebecca “Kai” Estrella in Love Thy Woman which also stars Kim Chiu, Yam Concepcion, Christopher de Leon and to name a few.
In 2000, she got married to action star Cesar Montano and they were blessed to have three daughters Angelina Isabelle, Samantha Angeline, and Angel Franchesca. However, they separated after Sunshine filed an annulment case in 2014. It was granted at the Quezon City Regional Trial Court in September 2018.
Sunshine Cruz is now in a relationship with Macky Mathay while Cesar Montano is in a relationship with a certain Socorro ‘Kath’ Angeles. However, it seems that Cruz’s relationship with Mathay is currently on the rocks.
In an new interview, the actress revealed that she will be having a movie under Vivamax. The movie is entitled “An Affair to Forget.”
According to her, her upcoming movie with Vivamax is one of the three indie films that she will be having in 2023. She shared that she accepted the projects because she wanted to crossover from mainstream to indie films.
Sunshine Cruz also said that the public should watch the movie first before judging her since most of the movies and series under Vivamax are usually daring. In fact, when the project was pitched to her, she wasn’t told that it was under the said entertainment company.
